I'm officially obsessed @q@ I can't believe I've discovered this song like 20 years later!!! 
And that accordion...those two little kids...

And there's a funny story to this too. Long story short, thanks to my mom humming the tune which led to a series of events that eventually gave me this intense urge to draw this image before you.
Of course crappy backgrounds will be crappy (had to redraw it TWICE).
ANYWAYS!!!! I made Honduras and Brazil dance together because Honduras needed a male partner and who better then Brazil himself? Lol
I would probably set this around the 1989 when the song and dance really started to become popular world wide. Somehow Honduras managed to have an opportunity to dance this when she wasn't with America (apparently US and Honduras got really close during the 80's in their fight against the Sandinista, so much so that they even built a military base there).
